CURRENT SERMON SERIES : IMAGINE
Get a glimpse of that! We use this phrase for a sudden, and often short, look at something that captures our attention which may be out of the ordinary or unexpected to our everyday lives. Many people may even view a relationship with God and the reality of faith that way: We only get a glimpse of God's goodness at a Sunday service, when we read the Bible, or when a prayer is answered. One of the most amazing things about God is that He wants to reveal Himself in a way that we see more clearly and fully.
For Vision Month we are leaning into a deeper truth of knowing and following Jesus with a series entitled IMAGINE. Each Sunday will be a message that explores a story in the Gospels where someone came to Jesus with a question, and how His answer reframed what the kingdom of God, a life of faith, and being a disciple of Christ is to look like. Ephesians 3:20-21 says, "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask of imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
God's truth and kingdom power is not just on full display, but it is deposited into our very lives as we move forward in this fall season!
